All the team are fantastic sales with Matt and luca and then tieing it up with Julia barrows. Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for). Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold. Julia with great communication between myself and the buyers definitely helped speed thing up. They give you contacts you may choose to use along the way with moving companies and solicitors etc of which very good and efficient. I all made this what is said to be the most stressful time in your life alot easier and not so stressful. Thank you to all. Worth your weight in gold.

In a tricky selling market the team at Richard James provided a fantastic service in getting our property sold for our target price. After a couple of false dawns with 2 potential buyers, Natalie Leon and the team at Richard James ensured all was done to make it 3rd time lucky and get our property sold. Natalie was highly communicative and from initial conversations to closing the transaction was always available and fighting our corner. For anyone looking to sell in Mill Hill then there is no need to look any further than Richard James.
