What can I say. I did not choose the delivery company it was sent via Maze Living. They kept in touch and it was a smooth delivery
They arrived on time. Took away the old mattress but scraped the wall on the stairs. Refused to help me unpack the mattress and place on the bed. I’m an elderly lady of 76yrs. I noticed that he has put my name on the screen but I didn’t see that. If I had I would have mentioned the damage to the wall. Very disappointed with the service.
Communication was spot and the delivery was first class
Impossible to get through to a human. They delivered and didn't ring the bell so DUSK charged me a redelivery fee of £30... even though people were there on site. and they delivered at 7:40am which is very early. Wish I could speak to a human about an upcoming delivery tomorrow again at 7am but I can't get through to anyone

Two very friendly and helpful guys collected my items with due care paid to my property, polite and well mannered and just made it a really easy and hassle-free transaction.
