Disappointed service
They arrived on time. Took away the old mattress but scraped the wall on the stairs. Refused to help me unpack the mattress and place on the bed. I’m an elderly lady of 76yrs. I noticed that he has put my name on the screen but I didn’t see that. If I had I would have mentioned the damage to the wall. Very disappointed with the service.
