This, our first experience of Rex Airlines could not have gone better. From the moment of checking into arrival at Sydney, the staff and customer care was both welcoming and friendly. Thank you, and looking forward already to our next trip to Australia, and of course seeking out another internal flight with REX!
Great flight from Brisbane to Sydney with REX. Both flight attendants we saw during the flight were really friendly and attentive towards us. Given such a short flight, they served us very efficiently and we had a great experience!
Both my wife and I have nothing but praise for the the way Rex staff carried out there duties right from the get go our journey was made to seem so seamless and smooth. Just tried to book 4 tickets for jan Sydney to Melbourne went through the process put passengers details and at the end of the process got message we were unable to create your booking,sorry for the inconvenience try again. What an appalling customer experience
