Review Hot Tubs Reviews

The hot tub itself is fantastic and exactly what we wanted. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have more flexible payment plans available. Had to go through my own bank for financing which added some hassle to the process.

Visited their showroom and was impressed by the variety of models they had on display. The sales rep wasn't pushy at all and gave honest advice about which features were worth the extra cost. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but the quality is excellent.

Everything went smoothly from purchase to installation. The hot tub works great and the water care system they recommended has been easy to maintain. Only minor complaint is that the initial water balancing took longer than they said it would.

These guys really know their stuff when it comes to hot tubs. The consultation was thorough and they helped me pick the perfect model for my backyard. Installation was quick and professional, and they walked me through all the maintenance basics. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

The hot tub quality is good and installation was professional. Wish they had been more upfront about additional costs for electrical work that was needed. Overall satisfied but would have appreciated better transparency on total project cost.

Really appreciated how they took time to understand our needs and space constraints before making recommendations. The site visit was comprehensive and they caught potential issues I hadn't considered. Installation went perfectly and we're enjoying our spa every evening.

The initial sale and installation went well, but when I had questions about water chemistry a few weeks later, it was hard to get someone knowledgeable on the phone. Eventually got help but felt like I was on my own after the sale.

Best investment we've made for our backyard in years. The energy efficiency is better than expected and it's been perfect for entertaining.

When our pump started making noise after 6 months, they came out the same week to diagnose the issue. Turned out to be covered under warranty and they had it fixed quickly. Really appreciate companies that stand behind their products like this.

The installation crew was punctual and did a clean job setting up our new spa. They even helped level the pad when they noticed it wasn't quite right.

They definitely know what they're talking about and the quality is top-notch. The price point is higher than some competitors but you get what you pay for. Service has been reliable whenever we've needed support.

The product quality is good but communication could be better. Had to call multiple times to get updates on delivery scheduling. Once everything was installed though, we've been very happy with the hot tub itself.
