They got right back to me when I realized I accidentally ordered 2 of n item! It was a weekend even! I was very happily surprised that they changed the order nd refunded my money in one day! Ordered menu covers Shipping said fedex. Tracking link went to fedex page and showed invalid. Finally figured the format of the tracking no was UPS. Never got any email update that the package was delivered. Had sent it to a location that I visit once a week and hence never knew that it was delivered until I got there and saw it. Else I could have had someone pick it up sooner. Some menu covers had the stitching coming off I called and waited. Did not opt for a call back. Then the system just transferred to vmail. I left a message and nobody called back. Also note that they don't even have an email address to communicate with hence I am leaving this review.
They sent the wrong parts and are making me pay for return shipping. I will never order from them again.

I ordered 3 cases of a small item. The whole way through the ordering process it highlighted at 2-3 days shipping. Which is standard for an industry needing fast supply. I received no shipping updates or confirmation so a few days called them - it was coming straight from manufacturer so wouldn't be ready for seven weeks. I went back through the order process to see if this warning was anywhere - there was a line under the image that requires scrolling down to view from a laptop website view. I'd suggest removing the 2-3 days or putting it as a caveat at the shipping detail when purchasing. This is like website 101. When customer services email you - you cannot email back to this email (also crazy) I then emailed the general sales email to say 7 weeks was unacceptable and could there be a partial shipping if they had a smaller number in stock - you know, normal problem solving. No reply. I called AGAIN, explained the situation AGAIN. The woman was helpful this time, she said she could do partial shipping - they would send one box now and 2 later, would email me details. Didn't email a thing. What did I get today - the shipping update 7 weeks later of the full order. This company suggests it has 'excellent customer service' - I couldn't disagree more. I would expect so much simpler and effective communication for a US based company. Honestly would never use again, ever.

What a mess this company is. Very unorganized. My order was so simple and it got messed up. Was only supposed to be charged 56.00 got charged 230! Called to fix end up just cancelling order while speaking with them. Will never buy anything from them again
Just had THE WORST experience with restaurantsupply.com. After over a week of trying to purchase a commercial ice maker for my pizzeria from this companies website, it wouldn’t allow me to enter any kind of purchase information. I sent them an email telling of my issue. They responded telling me to delete my cookies and try again. If that doesn’t work try using a different browser. If that doesn’t work try a different device. Well, I tried all that and still couldn’t complete the purchase. So I emailed them back saying this. They (salesman) responded telling me to call him directly with his extension number. I did and was immediately disconnected. I tried again this morning with the same outcome. So I call the main number and spoke with a sales rep that could barely speak English telling me it was my banks fault that THEIR website was not working. I told her to transfer me to the salesman I had been in email contact with. After being connected with “Joseph”, he had no idea who I was or the difficulties I’d been having. So I walked him through our entire engagement only to find out THEY DONT SHIP TO ALASKA! I asked why the website didn’t say so when I entered my shipping address and his reply was “well, it should have.” I was beyond pissed! He asked if I’d like to be transferred to another salesman for a “special quote” to ship it to me. I told him no and thanked him for wasting a weeks worth of my time. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
