We ordered 6 frothing tins in 2 sizes. The small ones were not labeled properly and are smaller than advertised. The large ones were much bigger than expected. We attempted to return them UNUSED in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and we're told we have to pay a significant restocking fee and return shipping fee. After the fees, we will recoup less than 50% of our cost. When I called, I was told if the items are dropped shipped when you order off the website, you have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping. And also in the return policy it states if you want to know an item has dropped shipped or not you have to call ahead before you order it. So basically if you want to avoid losing a significant amount of money in the event of a return, you have to call first to make sure items are not drop shipped before you place your order. Absolutely ridiculous return policy and completely unethical. Websites that use drop shipping are misleading you to believe that they have a warehouse when in essence they are just passing your order on to a third party. BUYER BEWARE!!
I ordered 3 serving utensils, and the correct items were delivered in only 4 days (and that included a weekend). The shipping seemed a bit high at first; however, the cost of these items were so inexpensive that the 3 items with shipping, cost less than those same items on other websites with free shipping.
This was my first order. Given how competitive the industry is, I assumed they had to be good to still be in business. I ordered a lot based on their prices being lower than the normal shopping sites and also lower than other restaurant supply places. Even with such a large order, shipping was cheap. I received my order and one item was missing. For context I ordered a lot of knives that all look very similar with the exact same handle shape and color. I contacted them through their website, told them I would prefer the item over a refund and it arrived really quickly. I'm pleased with the total experience and for the missing knife, I'm glad I could resolve it over email (I'm just not a fan of being on the phone all the time).
We bought Champ[on DH2000 high temperature door style dishwasher. Was not informed that this product was in their inventory for 5 years, it was manufactured June of 2017. It didn't come with a dispensing system for detergent, had to go through a different company for that. We installed the dishwasher and the wash gauge doesn't work. Called your customer service and they said the manufacture needs to take care of this problem. The manufacture said they would not honor the warranty because it was manufactured in June of 2017. Tried calling back your customer service and got no response. Terrible customer service.

Beware when placing an order, they don't show the shipping costs until AFTER you have registered for their spam e-mails and given them your information to be sold on the dark web. AFTER you have entered your CC info they hit you with nearly $20 in shipping AND handling charges on just a couple very small items. Don't fall for it. You can probably shop around and get more honest pricing elsewhere.

Bought several Winware large stock pots. Quality is excellent. Price is very good, and less expensive than some of the other commercial grade pots. Shipped right away. Great overall customer service and value, and I would certainly buy from RestaurantSupply.com again.

I placed an order for an item that got lost in the mail. Mr. Joseph was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement item. No question about their products, but their customer service is excellent too. Would definitely recommend them.
I ordered a Dexter high-carbon cleaver from Restaurant Supply then shortly after recieved an email there would be a wait time before it could be shipped. I contacted the customer service to see how long the wait would be. Long story short is that James Bourbeau explained that the product had to come from the factory so the wait time could vary. He was professional to the letter and some how got the cleaver I wanted to me in about five days. That's pretty amazing service as I live on the other side of the country. I am completely satisfied with Restaurant Supply and highly recommend them. They have my future business. Thanks James, your efforts are appreciated.
So far my experience dealing with Restaurant Supply has been nothing short of pathetic. The products showed as in stock on their website but then when I ordered I heard nothing back for over 2 weeks. I called in asking what was happening and was told that it was being shipped directly from the manufacturer so it would still be another 3 weeks!!! The customer service rep was irritated and extremely rude. This is one of the worst restaurant supply companies to work with. Super unprofessional and they do not care about their customers at all!!
Beware! this company is NOT FOR BUSINESS. I ordered 5 chafing dishes for my event that were listed on their website (it was on sale). also, I called them to confirm my order. customer service representatives confirm my order and make me sure they will deliver on time. After a few days, I got an email saying my items will take a few more days to deliver. I was fine with that because I had still time for my event. surprisingly I got delivered of water Pitcher (very cheap quality) instead of chafing dishes. Totally different order than I purchased. I called Restaurantsupply customer service, they told me they will not send me those chafing dishes because the price got changed and told me they will refund my money. I told them why did they keep those chafing dishes on sale at that time. He did not have an answer. very poor customer service, irresponsible business. DO NOT BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

We purchased 2 commercial refrigerators and 1 freezer and the entire experience with James was terrific. I ordered a frying pan and the correct one arrived two days later. Unfortunately the interior cooking surface showed deep scratches and gouges created during the manufacturing process. Joseph in customer service was very helpful in getting me a replacement. Two days later a perfect pan arrived. I'm a happy customer.
