Our Engineer arrived exactly as arranged in order to check our fridge and freezer issues. He explained all his duties to us and arranged for the follow up parts to complete our job…..which duly arrived this morning. Our Engineer was very polite and carried out all his tasks in a very professional and friendly manner.

Great service Very friendly and professional
I was given a 3hr timeframe for the technician to attend to investigate the problems I was having with my washer dryer. The technician called en route to advise he was on the way and, arrived promptly. He was polite and friendly and fully aware of my issues. He put the machine through various tests, explaining as he did so but, found no fault. We then discussed how I use the machine and the products that I use. He gave me a brief summary of the various program cycles and suggested I should review again the machine manual. He further suggested actions I could take to resolve the particular issues I had. It was a very positive encounter and I am 100% happy with the technician who visited.
The engineer was a polite, helpful and resolved the problem is a good and fast manner. Related to him all good. What I did not like was the way making an appointment for the engineer to come happens. Very few options and having to wait for days.
