Respond Services sent an engineer who quickly identified the issue with my dishwasher, ordered the correct part and promptly fixed the issue. Very happy with their performance and delighted with the outcome.

Within a minute of me describing the issue, Adam had told me what the solution was and it was rectified soon after.

The repair man was very courteous and helpful, although he wasn't able to repair the fault he was able to suggest a solution.

Said they would be hear between 1pm and 4pm,turned up 1.5pm very good, got on with the job he spent 2 hours not like the previous company who came to try to fix it he couldn't get out of the door quick enough,cleaned up and put the fridge freezer back into space,which i was going to do.very good.

The issue was not resolved on the first visit but the team arranged for the engineer to come out again and they sorted it out in the end

Very professional and friendly engineer, who repairs my faulty cooking hood and gas hob in one go. It goes beyond my expectations that he also inspected my fridge and resolved the problem of water drainage. Highly recommended!

Full and clear explanation of terms when the appointment was made. The firm was understanding when I had to cancel the original appointment because of covid. I appreciated being offered earlier Engineer visits. The Engineer was friendly, polite and extremely fast and efficient in carrying out the repair.
