I was able to have a call out very quickly, although it was an “all day” appointment, I was given a 3 hour time slot the day before plus the service technician kindly called me when he was 20 minutes away. The technician was able to repair my appliance on the spot, gave me a clear explanation of the fault, advice for future reference and left the area clean and tidy. Would recommend!

Engineer knew immediately what the problem was.

The engineer came to my house to fix my washing machine. He was pleasant, so kind, he even asked what others equipment that am insured for, needed to be fix. Absolutely amazing engineer and sm a happy customer 😀, very happy 😊

Service was very good. The engineer fixed my washing machine so it does not make any noise. He replaced the drum and now it sounds like new and the machine is generally working better overall.

Although they were unable to fix the fault, the engineer was polite, and explained everything to us. He also called us ahead of time to let us know he was on the way.

The engineer called me 12 minutes before he turned up and he was very polite and proffessional, when entering the house he offered to take his shoes off, I showed him into the kitchen and once he completed the job he asked if there awas anything else that needed to be done, I can honestly say he was very polite and respectful is I had to mark him out of 100 he would be 100/100.

Did a good job just which I had been better informed and then wouldn’t have bought door seal which was no good and because we tried to fit it on and out of 14 day refund we are £36 pounds down and had to have engineer out and that cost over a £100 pound Also the door was only fitted in 20 22 that’s a freezer door

I’ve called for my dishwasher. They’ve fixed it within a day from my phone call. Amazing!!!
