Excellent Service from Surveyor Hollie Roebuck! I recently contacted Rentokil with concerns about potential rodent activity in my loft. I was very impressed with the service I received from their surveyor, Hollie Roebuck. Hollie was incredibly polite and spent a significant amount of time thoroughly checking the property. She identified various signs of rodent activity and clearly explained her findings. The recommended solutions she provided were well-reasoned and made sense. What I appreciated most was the lack of any hard sell. I truly felt like a valued customer, and Hollie's knowledge of pest behaviour was evident and reassuring. Based on my interaction with Hollie, I would highly recommend Rentokil.

We get serviced at our halls of residence by Victoria Briley form Rentokil and she is amazing. She attends as quick as possible to any reports we make and always keeps us updated. Victoria is always very professional and will also speak with residents when they are present to answer questions and give useful information to help with the treatment done. Any time she is away or unavailable to come to our site, she always tries to have someone else attend or makes sure to inform when she can next attend. We are very happy with the service provided.

As A Development Manager of a First Port Development i feel i want to high light the service one of your engineers gives. We had a visit today and MK could not have been more professional friendly and courteous I have many vulnerable residents and we actually really enjoy his visits, he not only does his job to the highest standards but explains in detail what he is doing on site. I find him to be very thorough in any areas he assesses, i can not recommend Rent A Kill more Highly !!!! as a Development Manager i Value those contractors that i know i can trust to do what is needed and bring it to my attention. We have a number of sites that you look after for Apleona Craig kinaird who is superb looking after our Cambuslang site always polite chatty and great with the people on site And Andy Steel who was looking after our head office and did a fantastic job especially with the knock down of the rats always happy and eager to get the job done a great ambassador for the company and extremely knowledgeable about his job and how he went about it unfortunately our loss is Livingstons gain very sad to have lost an excellent technician

Rentokil has been a helpful and supportive service. Marcello has been out to support and during his visits he conducts a thorough assessment of the affected areas and always provides a clear explanation of the treatment, plan we may require. Marcello demonstrates a high level of professionalism throughout his visit. Communication is always clear and courteous, and all my questions are always addressed with patience and detail. We would recommend them as a great pest control company.

Jack, the surveyor, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dean, the sprayer, was very professional and also courteous and friendly, considering he had to be on the premesis 3 times over 3 weeks. He was very mindful of my health and also the cat's, making sure that I understood the 4 hour rule of not entering the house, and instructing me about window openings, wiping the kitchen surfaces, etc. What I thought was going to be a real "nuisance" time, turned out to be as pleasant as was possible!

Rob does a fantastic job on his store visits, he is very very helpful and very supportive of me and my team. Excellent job and a credit to the company.
