We had a squirrel in our loft. The surveyor advised squirrel trap method. Despite 3 visits, there was no catch. We think due to trees at the access point having been cut back. Matt, the operative, was again very professional and checked the traps on 2 follow ups. The service is expensive, but I can't fault the professionalism of those who attended.

Rentokil are on bad drivers uk for disgusting and dangerous driving. Clearly they don't control their drivers.

I am absolutely appalled by what I witnessed from this company this morning on the M8 motorway, close to Glasgow Airport about 7am. I was driving along the M8 behind a little pink car, and a rentokil van sped past at this point, clearly marked a 50mph this van was easy doing 70mph, it flew past me and the little pink car, however, the driver of the van decided to go back into lane 1 without looking, forced the little pink car to slam the brakes on and quickly turn into the hard shoulder, if they hadn’t the van would have wiped out the little car. What makes it worse is I saw the driver of the rentokil van, by means of hand movement refer to the driver of the little car as a w***** for using their horn. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a so called professional person, disgusting attitude, you don’t own the road. The registration of the van was DY72 FND

Rentokil services have been excellent to deal with from our initial telephone call, to coming out to assess our requirements. Three separate treatments required The technician’s who have attended our property were polite, friendly and very helpful. They explained everything & have done a great job. At the moment 2 treatments have been completed, another to follow shortly. After the two treatments the problem appears to have been eliminated. I would highly recommend this company.

Jack & Roger arrived on time, kept me informed about what they were doing, were quick and efficient. They had good advice on how to keep moths at bay in the future A really great service would highly recommend.

I had a rat issue in my attic and the landlord called in rentokil to solve the issue. My pest controller Jack was great. I am a naturally anxious person but he always made sure to listen to any concerns I was having and was very friendly when doing house visits. Given the nature of a rat infestation Jack was also very active in finding and eradicating the source of the issue, going so far as to contact neighbours and also deal with any rats they may have had. Overall I am very happy with the service rentokil provided and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of some peace of mind

Omar, our pest control technician has delivered a great service since the start of our contract. He has been very friendly and informative on every visit, by helping prevent and monitoring pest activity.

The Rentokil technician who visits this site is always willing to answer questions and act immediately upon any issue we report to him. Josh always briefs me upon his arrival what he is doing on our site that day, and then gives me an update before leaving. If he discovers anything whilst onsite, he always reports it to me and confirms I am happy with his proposed action to resolve the issue. He appears very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge whenever I ask a question. He also takes time to answer the question and confirm I've understood. I am very satisfied with the service he provides.

I cannot heap enough praise on Penny Harris (Senior Credit Controller at the Finance Share Service Centre (Dudley)). Every bit of communication I have with her is a friendly and positive experience.
