Mehmet was very respectful of my property and his customer service is second to none. Mehmet talked me through all that would need to be done once I explained my situation and problem. As he was working he explained what he was doing and why also what I could expect in the upcoming weeks. Overall I am very happy with the service at Mehmet and Rentokil provided and I would recommend the to anyone.

Lee is fantastic - always keeps us well informed with arising issues and is happy to support with liasing with our maintenance team to ensure remedial work is completed to the required standard. Really friendly with all the team and happy to work round us when we're busy.

Karl Williams was most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very reassuring about stopping the mice getting in. I would give 5 stars next year if the mice haven’t return in the autumn or spring. Just want to wait and see what happens.

Paul who always attends our surgery, is very professional, helpful and will offer advise if we require it. Paul is also very considerate that we work in a working office and will wait to speak to a member of staff once they have finished a call or with a GP. Paul always makes sure that he cleans up after himself and all paperwork is filled in correctly. I highly recommend Paul and the company he works for. Paul is a credit to Rentokil. A* service.
