Disgusted - took £120 before they even set foot in the property apparently for a survey! Did the survey, not that we got a copy, then quoted £1800 for the service! Shopped around and got the issue resolved satisfactorily with a smaller local company for £200 for everything! Absolute disgrace taking advantage of an 88 year old pensioner!

Very happy with Chris. He seemed to have plenty of knowledge and gave me lots of advice on what I could do to eradicate the rats.

Overall service is good; however, the visits are typically never pre-arranged, therefore, the Pest Control Engineer simply turns up out of the blue which can lead to poor communication by myself and the engineer. I would like an advance notification specifying when the engineer is likely to be on site as this would enable any conversation regarding any particular issues that we may be aware of and make the engineers visit more productive. There have been some occasions where the engineer has been on site and has left without any discussion or providing verbal details regarding their findings of their visit, this may be regarded as a very ineffective way of dealing with issues. In this instance, engineers have got anyone to sign their visit and no feedback is provided there and then making information purely subject to interpretation of the digital report which is not best practice. However; all things considered, the service is good and apart from the comments above, no major issues.

Mark does a great job every time he comes to site and he's always pleasant to talk to.

We have been looked after by Rentokil for a few years now and wish to commend Liam Farey who has been looking after us. He is a true proffessional and has always been extremely helpful. A true asset to your company.

I want to say that Sam Cheffings is amazing. She always let's me know what is happening and let's me know what's needed at Royall London House . She is always at the end of a phone. Just brilliant.

Our regular pest control appointed person Clifton always goes above and beyond. He is very approachable when we have random questions regarding his role and he seems as he has vast knowledge and experience in what he does. He works with a smile on his face which shows he enjoys his job and makes him approachable.

Everything went downhill when transferred to our local branch. Our Account Manager was completely unresponsive - to the point where we had received our rentokil products (completely unexpectedly) and had zero communication regarding install. I had to chase a number of times to get a technician out to install the products. My only reason for giving any stars is because the lady at the call centre was fabulous in escalating my concerns and getting everything sorted.

Joshua very helpful and informative, as infestation is always a delicate subject his approach was professional and put my mind at ease, He went the extra mile to ensure that I was confident with his explanation and understood what counter measures were in place, any follow ups that were conducted by Joshua were handled very professionally and timely.

Matthew gives great advice, always deals with issues we have straight away, in a efficient and effective way

Thank you may be two small words but their meaning is massive. I had a Rat infestation in my Bungalow. Having tried tried every bait imaginable and everything that Rats hate, that is a miss conception. RentoKil was called, Juan arrived to survey the problem he was so thorough. Then Graham arrived and he set traps, Ferrell rats are incredibly intelligent and she dodged all the traps in fact she covered two of them with matter! Graham persevered and eventually she met her demise. I can't thank Graham enough for his kindness and understanding. I am now looking forward to Ronan and his hygiene team to sort out my kitchen. The service was really good - Ashley was with us in record time. He located the Hornet and in dealt with it in a very professional manner. Very knowledgeable and respectful to the surroundings

A very friendly guy did our survey and we decided to go ahead with the treatment as we had an infestation of biscuit beetles in our home. Another man did the treatment every Wednesday for 5 weeks. This appears to have worked as we have not seen a beetle for a few weeks now. Fingers crossed.

5 treatments, yet the flea issue is still present. Had another company in. 1 treatment done and the problem is resolved. Uneducated on the cycle of a fleas life and even having provided evidence stated they could not find an issue. Whatever they put on my flooring has left huge yellow stains where they sprayed it. Although they were friendly enough.

George our technician arrived promptly and was polite, friendly and professional.
