On Sunday, 1/16/22, I contacted the weekend staff at CK, a phone appointment was set next day for me to inquire on details. At that time, I hired CK's services for back-reporting and ongoing reporting of my rent. By 1/19/22, they had already contacted my property manager, verified my data and reported 60 months of rent payments to TU/Equifax for a very reasonable fee. On 1/26/22- one week from my initial call- I received a text from Lynne alerting me that my TU/Eq Advantage (3.0) score increased by 61 points. That's a significant increase, thanks CK!

Great costumer service very professional…

Rachel took great care of me when I called about a non-reporting issue. After contacting my landlord to make sure my rent was properly documented, Rachel and I discussed ways that I could raise my credit. She set up a call with her supervisor, who walked me through what appeared to be very daunting territory. Rachel and I spoke today (the next day after I was denied) when I asked her to help me find a credit card that would accept me. The first one we tried worked. Things are about to change for the better. Thank you, Rachel!!!

I am retired and my part time job decided to cancel all of our already scheduled Holidays work schedules for 5 days. That may not be a bad thing for some but for me it was awful situation. I was not able to have any money for Christmas gifts or pay off my end of the month bills. I was still grateful my grandkids are all healthy. This caused me to rethink how I could pay my bills. So I called to cancel the bill and ended up speaking with two separate CSR. The first was a gentleman who I cancelled with first. I got my receipt by email and decided to call right back and I ended up speaking with the second CSR and I explained my circumstances. She stayed on the line while I looked for some information. I told her since I could not find the document in the moment, she said don't worry I can call you back in a few minutes. I told her give me 10 minutes. She called me back in 10 minutes and helped me out because she had done some researching. Jordan the CSR, was able to cut my payment in half since I was a senior and she would be able to move my payment date out. I told her that I would be able to keep this monthly payment. I have not seen such a beautiful spirit in a person in the CSR field for awhile. Jordan is a breath of fresh air and brought me to tears because I was having a challenging time that day. I just want everyone to know.

Rental Kharma is by far 1 of the best decisions I've made in my entire life. I signed up about 2 months ago and my credit fico score has already increased 42 points. I've heard about the program but, honestly I thought it was to good to be true. At that point I figured I had nothing to loose and I was trying to purchase a house within the next 4 months. I'm glad I took that chance and I'm excited to see what the next few months will look like with them continuing reporting my rental history. Thank you Rental Kharma team!
