Fast easy and polite experience
Rent karma using my qualifying on time rent for past 2.6 years helped me raise my fico score. My score was good but I wanted to increase it. In Total Amazement my score went to 740. I wanted my score raised in order to qualify for a purchase and have lowest interest rate. However I made the mistake of paying off some of my credit cards and then closing them. I didn't realize my score would drop if I closed my paid accounts. So be smart leave the credit cards open once you pay them off, don't close them because your credit score will drop and that's a fact.
I was a little skeptical about using Rental Kharma however Rachel made me feel at ease and helped set things up. She was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to seeing how Rental Kharma will improve my credit!
