I recently signed up with Rental Kharma and the customer service with Cassie was AMAZING (I really MEAN she was amazing I was SKEPTICAL because of so much fraud going and didn’t want to share my password and username to resident portal for my rental payments without my help Cassie got the job done SORRY Cassie) I'm excited about building my personal credit by paying my rent. Ive been trying to call for 2 days now because i received an email that my account is on hold until verifying information. Ive left messages as well no return call.

I just signed up with rental karma so I don't have a review yet on the actual service but I do have a review on the customer service I was helped by a wonderful woman named Aften and she was amazing she was polite and informative very helpful very very fast she expedited her call to our landlord and got everything sent to the bureau within 45 minutes of talking to us she was amazing again her name is Aften and she provided us with wonderful excellent service

I was having trouble updating my card on my account. I kept adding it on the site but unfortunately it kept charging my old card which wasn’t active. Erik Vasquez helped me resolve the card issue and made sure everything was good as far as future transactions. Thanks again for the amazing customer Service.

So where do I start I started this process October 27 paid my fee and they were very precise on calling to get my rental verified once they verified it they told me everything was fine and to keep a eye out on my credit report I checked my credit report today which is literally seven days later and my score increased 73 points which is more than I expected I am beyond impressed I am very very excited to start my credit journey and I’m looking to buy a house in 2022 so thank you rental karma so much you guys are a blessing
