I called today to sign up for the service. I was greeted with a very sweet girl (I did not catch her name). She went over the cost and asked me questions on weather I would be a good fit or not. After going over my credit goals and credit status, we both agreed that this would probably not be the best time to sign up. She was very transparent and helped me so much. This type of customer service is what is needed for everyone. You do not always receive this service for free. I know for sure that I will come back to this business when it is time and would benefit my credit. Whoever trained and started this company, keep up the good work on training your staff correctly.
