I was connected with Rachel to cancel my membership because I had purchased a home. I made an appt and she called but there was some issues with closing so our appt kept being rescheduled. She was very nice about it and followed up with me several times in regards to my request. I truly appreciate when someone says they will do something and actually do it . It was a very easy process and I’m grateful for her assistance.

My experience with my first Account manager was terrible, placed a call documenting that and was able to speak with another manager Erik , he was awesome complete difference from my first account manager he got on top of everything right away and was very informative and responsive every step of the way.

Today I signed up with rental kharma. I did the interview no kidding the representative was very nice it was like talking too one of my girls. She was very knowledgeable of course I had 99 question ❓ lol. I asked her how long would it take she it will update tonight no joke I got a alert on my saying my credit score went up 61 points. I want to give a praise right there they are real.

Decided to use the program myself as a test before I refer my tenants in 45 days or less and my credit score went up 21 points awesome service!!

Waiting on the results but so far so good!! I thought the reviews were fake but I guess not lol. Chloe was great!! She followed up within minutes and all of my info was confirmed and done in less that 1 hour. Thanks Chloe!!

Try Experian Boost first & see what happens, try to avoid mom & pop Hole in the wall establishments to fix your credit or give you a boost, do your homework before signing up w/ this company.2/23 I appreciate the corporate response but I will not be adjusting or deleting any items concerning this company, I’m not a robot or a fake reviewer just someone not thrilled by what services this company provided.
