Exceptional Experience Even Before Our Stay!
Our event at the Villa isn't until December 4th, but I felt compelled to share my experience so far, which has been absolutely amazing! From the moment we inquired about the Villa, the level of service we've received has been top-notch. Randee, who assisted us with booking, was phenomenal. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up made the entire booking process seamless. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and Randee truly set the bar high. What really impressed me is the personalized touch they offer once you book. They connect you with a specialist to cater to your needs during your stay. We've been working with Ruby for activity planning and private chef arrangements, and her support has been equally exceptional. She has been attentive, informative, and genuinely helpful in making sure all our plans are tailored perfectly. Although we haven't stayed at the Villa yet, I can confidently say that the pre-arrival service has been the best I've ever experienced. It has left us feeling excited and well cared for, and we cannot wait for our event in December! Thank you to the entire team for making this such a pleasant journey so far.
