The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

This has been put on top of a tempur mattress, which requires airing during the day. So breathability is vital. Fits really snugly. Haven't experienced any crinkling or rustling noise when moving about. Has made a bit of a difference to comfort level during this hot spell. Cannot testify to its waterproofness. Yes it is expensive, but sometimes you need to pay for quality.

After some research on your mattress & pillows I decided now was the time to purchase. The Result is Amazing it said give yourself at least a month to get used to it second night I slept all night don't think I even turned. Love my new mattress 😍.

I have brought REM-Fit mattress protectors before they have been excellent, but my new one is absolutely rubbish. It sounded great as it ‘to keep you cool’. Well my one just kept you awake as the sheet on top slipped and my fitted sheet was no longer fitted. The idea was good but it is so shiny that slips he sheet on top. I have now given up with it.

My wife suffers from bad joint and back pain, she says her pain has been far less after getting this mattress a month ago, I also find I’m getting a better sleep, a better sleep than my old mattress which was 3 times the price and is only 5 years old, we had an emperor size before but couldn’t only get a super king which was slightly disappointing

Can't fault the ordering process. Took a few extra days because I ordered over the bank Holiday weekend, but that's entirely understandable. Delighted with the pillow. Very comfortable, perfectly supportive, just marginally too short to offset my broad shoulders, and a thin pillow underneath this one brings it up to where it needs to be. May well be ordering again soon, as my partner and daughter have both made attempts to steal it! Very pleased all round with the whole experience. 10/10

Bought a mattress (rrp £1000) and the mattress was damaged, contacted rem-fit via live chat only to be told that they couldn't deal with it. I was given a customer support number which I phoned, they put me through to another number - their supplier! The supplier told me that they shouldn't try and palm off customer complaints to them and they do it all the time. Phoned rem-fit again to be told to E-mail them.... Very shoddy 'cowboy' customer support, not the thing you expect when you're buying thousand pound items. (which I suspect is an artificially inflated cost to pull people in with sales) Add to the insult, the mattress is no where near worth a grand, I suspect that it's just a cheap generic china job with a rem-fit cover. If you're looking for a mattress then I suggest that you don't buy from these guys. 1: This review got flagged by Rem-Fit and I've still not got a reply via Email, so they're quick to try and stamp out bad press, not so quick to sort out a genuine problem for a customer. 2: They flagged the edited message, if they spent half as much time reaching out to customers personally as they do flagging comments customers wouldn't feel the need to warn others about their shoddy practices. Get a load of this "At no point were you directed to our 'supplier' as this is not something even available to our call handlers to provide." So they're accusing me of lying now! Absolute cowboys, As for trying to make out that they contacted me before the review.....
