Bought a mattress (rrp £1000) and the mattress was damaged, contacted rem-fit via live chat only to be told that they couldn't deal with it. I was given a customer support number which I phoned, they put me through to another number - their supplier! The supplier told me that they shouldn't try and palm off customer complaints to them and they do it all the time. Phoned rem-fit again to be told to E-mail them.... Very shoddy 'cowboy' customer support, not the thing you expect when you're buying thousand pound items. (which I suspect is an artificially inflated cost to pull people in with sales) Add to the insult, the mattress is no where near worth a grand, I suspect that it's just a cheap generic china job with a rem-fit cover. If you're looking for a mattress then I suggest that you don't buy from these guys. 1: This review got flagged by Rem-Fit and I've still not got a reply via Email, so they're quick to try and stamp out bad press, not so quick to sort out a genuine problem for a customer. 2: They flagged the edited message, if they spent half as much time reaching out to customers personally as they do flagging comments customers wouldn't feel the need to warn others about their shoddy practices. Get a load of this "At no point were you directed to our 'supplier' as this is not something even available to our call handlers to provide." So they're accusing me of lying now! Absolute cowboys, As for trying to make out that they contacted me before the review.....
