Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Absolutely love the mattress like sleeping on air I don't want to get put of bed on a morning the delivery and communication however was a total load of rubbish I took the delivery day off and the mattress didn't turn up when I rang I was told the van had broke down it would be delivered next day it was delivered just can't understand why no one could at least have rang me to alert me of delivery van breaking down won't be recommending for this reason mattress 5 star

Bad mattress, customer service ok
The review is largely for the mattress which was frankly really awful. We bought this mattress after reading lots of reviews thinking it would be comfy and relatively firm for my husband and I. I was pregnant and nearing my due date and my husband is a tall chap. The mattress turns out to be extremely soft and when we both lay on it the thing sank under us and we rolled into the middle and into each other, the mattress shoving us together. I lay there 2 hours while my hip pain returned (I’d spent months shifting it) before angrily grabbing my pillows to head to the sofa in the hope of getting some sleep. Two hours later my water broke 6 days before my due date. I’m convinced my anger and frustration at the mattress being so far from what we believed it would be sent me info early labour. The return process was quick at least, the customer service ok, but I had to chase for my refund. Not the best experience. Don’t order a mattress online, go try them in the shop. These are not very good for you.

Wow - Fantastic products and service!!
Wow, what an AMAZING service. The Ortho 500 is the perfect mattress for comfort and support, as someone with a curved spine and painful hips, I am super fussy about mattress companies. I have never had one as good as this!!! We also bought the pillows - again, amazing! Also, returning (we ordered the wrong size) and getting a free mattress protector was a breeze, no issues, they made it all so easy and stress free! Cannot recommend this company enough, they deserve all the recognition over other competitors who sell far inferior products! Thank you Remfit!!!!
