Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Great child friendly mattress
Great child friendly mattress. We have tried others for our 6 year old and they were either to soft or you could feel the springs. After changing our super king to a RemFit it was a no brainer to also upgrade his too.

Having just taken delivery of my new Remfit mattress 2 weeks ago, my sleep quality and comfort has greatly improved and this is during a time when I have suffered a back injury! So it arrived at a crucial time for me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Firm quality mattress at a good price point…
I’ve been looking for a firm mattress but on a limited budget. The REM-Fit mattress was the best price for a mattress with a high firmness rating and really good customer reviews. I’m really pleased with the product now it’s here… as firm as I wanted but still comfortable. Would recommend.

Best mattress I've ever had! So supportive and comfy too despite being fairly firm.
The support provided in regards to advice prior to ordering was brilliant, once ordered the support team where great at helping me rectify a mistake in sizing for the protector. Delivery time frame from ordering to arrival was great with just a 9 day time frame. I went for the 600 lux elite and after less than a week I have noticed a huge difference in aches and pains as a result of the supper the mattress provides.

Sleeping like a baby
A bit of a mix up with the delivery but very happy with my new mattress. A little firmer than my previous mattress but just as good quality if not better than the other well known mattress in box maker. Have added a topper just for that extra bit of plushness and it really makes going to bed a pleasure.
