Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Really comfortable pillow
Really comfortable pillow! My head slightly sinks into it which was lovely and the pillow stays plump and doesn’t need turning. It was a really good support to my neck too

From start to finish. Ordering was simple, ability to choose delivery date was a must for me. I was given a time band for delivery then updated a few times during the morning via message. Best of all a call 20 minutes before the lovely delivery people arrived. Amazing customer service. Plus the mattress is so comfortable, from.day one. Thank you Rem-Fit

Rem-fit mattress 1000 is the best mattress I’ve slept on. It ticks all the boxes in quality, comfort and affordability. I can not imagine me using any other brand moving forward I have even recommended to friends and family.

From the start easy to order .And a removal of old mattress at reasonable cost .Good delivery and communication . The mattress feels firm but also like gives you a hug !My achy and restless legs and hips are no more .I wake up feeling great and well rested .Would buy another for my spare room .

Best Hybrid by far
Easy to order, keep their word on trial period (there was one mattress that was not suitable and had to be returned), and I have tried multiple hybrid mattresses and this is by far the best at a reasonable cost. We have 4 mattress from REM-fit and intending to get more. We have both the Ortho 500 (x2) and Remfit 600 (x2) haven’t looked back! My back pain better, I sleep cooler and more comfortably. Seeing my satisfaction my family has been following suit one by one. The quality is excellent and the team accessible. Ps the review is for the latest one that I bought for my nephew but I have had mine for last 5 years

So far the mattress has been great
So far the mattress has been great. Quick delivery. However, upon receipt the mattress was single packed with the cutting tool inside the packaging (obviously defys the point!). After the first week my back pain has subsided so positive so far.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. Quick delivery and very responsive. I found that I still suffered some hip and shoulder pain and on contacting Rem-Fit to see if a topper might help (the matress is otherwise comfortable) they agreed to reduce by 50% as we had already purchased the mattress. I am hoping this will overcome the problem
