Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Bought a lux 400 and within a month it…
Bought a lux 400 and within a month it had split contacted Remfit and they replaced it with a 600 had to chase the replacement which seemed to be ages before it was sent witin 18 months one side collapsed I tried to make a claim under the guarantee but a collapse is difficult to photo they refused and said I could have sn independent inspector but it would cost ME £50 unbelievable

So comfortable
So comfortable, ordering was super easy, delivery was on time. The third remfit mattress order, only a change of bed size meant another order. I've had two of my remfits for a few years and they still as comfortable as it was when new. No sagging,bagging or lumpy bits. Heavy to move but worth the effort.

I love this matress…
I took a while to decide to purchase a new mattress and I’m so glad I did! It’s really comfortable and supportive and I bought the one suggested by REM for my sleeping pattern. I’ve slept better than I have in years, it’s comfortable, supportive and temperature regulating. I love it! Ordering and delivery were quick and straightforward and it was a good price in the sale, with several free items. I love the mattress cover (which prolongs the trial period to 200 days) and the memory foam pillows and covers. I’m delighted with my REM mattress.
