Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these

500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

Rem Fit Bamboo Charcoal Pillow
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

I’m terribly disappointed with my new…
I’m terribly disappointed with my new mattress, it’s lumpy and uncomfortable after only a few months. It’s almost as if it has collapsed. A cheap mattress costing a tenth of the price purchased at the same time for the spare room is far more comfortable!

A quality product at a great price
Was impressed with the one bought for our spare room a while ago. When our Ikea one started failing after 18mths, the warranty offered was useless, we bought this second one for our main bed. Have been very happy with it and getting the best nights sleep.

REMFIT 600 LUX TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
Bought the remfit 600 lux. Was great to start with however just over 6mths in and the firmness and support has completely gone. Now waking up with Back aches and pain, something this was meant to fix. Rem-fit are not being helpful at all.. I'd advise staying away and finding a more reputable mattress manufacturer. Ps: wish I'd seen some of these reviews before I bought this one, wouldn't have bothered.

500 ortho Hybrid mattress
I fully did my research and read reviews, did the mattress calculator many times to pick my mattress. It arrived quickly, looks amazing, feels great to touch etc..... however I haven't had a decent night's sleep since I bought it. I wake up during the night and move about as im uncomfortable. I wake up in the morning with aches and pains in my back. I can sleep on my sofa fine no back ache but I dont think the orthopedic mattress is the right one for me. I haven't contacted the company yet so I cant comment on their customer service.

We gave had our mattress (400 hybrid)…
We have had our mattress (400 hybrid) for almost 3 weeks now and I am in love with it, we have had guests sleep on it and comment on how well they slept. It's just the right amount of firmness for us. Delivery was also within the 1-3 days stated and their delivery provider was friendly and polite.

REM-Fit® 400 Hybrid Zoned…hole along the edge
I bought two REM-Fit® 400 Hybrid Zoned Mattresses, and both developed a hole along the edge within a few months. This was disappointing, given the expected high quality. I do not recommend them. Additionally, it was advertised as medium-firm, but it turned out to be soft. (Trustpilot not allowed me to add photos)

I've had the Hybrid Pocket 1000…
I've had the Hybrid Pocket 1000 mattress from REM-Fit for just over 2 weeks now and so far I am very impressed with it. I got it on quite a large discount and it has absolutely been worth it. It took a while to be delivered but this was stated at the time I ordered as it was a very popular item and the actual delivery was quite nice as I got to choose the day I wanted to recieve it so I didn't have to hope it landed on a day I wouldn't be available. It is much more comfortable than my old mattress that I'd been using for 9 years and has made it much easier to get to sleep each night and I'm actually waking up feeling rested each morning.
