Bought the remfit 600 lux. Was great to start with however just over 6mths in and the firmness and support has completely gone. Now waking up with Back aches and pain, something this was meant to fix. Rem-fit are not being helpful at all.. I'd advise staying away and finding a more reputable mattress manufacturer. Ps: wish I'd seen some of these reviews before I bought this one, wouldn't have bothered.

Absolutely disgraceful "service" from this company. Been waiting nearly a year for 2021/2022 year end accounts so far but they have the cheek to still make demands for payment when they don't even know what they are demanding payment for. Complaints process and procedures are useless and get you no where except right back at the beginning with no answers or help at all. The entire company, from the top down? seem to live by a dynamic of lies, ignorance and day light robbery. They hide behind a flawed TP1 agreement and fail in all duties required, including sending a letter to the estate for a welcome meeting which they've now refused to hold and made promises of agms that never happen. Complete incompetence and what's paramount to theft. Will need to seek legal advice about our options.
