Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these

500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

Rem Fit Bamboo Charcoal Pillow
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Amazing value for your money
Amazing value for your money! Got to be one of the best on the market today considering price and quality! Great customer service! Amy especially was very helpful with any queries! Mattress did take a couple of days to get used to, guess that’s down to the support the mattress gives! Would highly recommend to anyone considering buying from REM-fit!

Worst mattress I've owned
Just the worst mattress I've owned, really regret purchasing it, got the "softest" one and was just so firm and uncomfortable. I thought I'd get used to it and a topper would help, but less than a year later I'm waking up with backache every morning and getting little sleep. Going to have to buy another mattress now, this was a complete waste of money.

Great from the start
Great from the start. Fast delivery time and my goodness these guys eere super fast taking the old mattress away and taking the new one upstairs. Mattress didn't take too long to expand and was an easy process unwrapping it. Mattress itself is good quality and just what inwas looking for, I could feel the support on my lower back straight away. I did receive 2 free pillows but unfortunately they arnt very good at all, plus it says if you do return the mattress of you have opened the 'free'pillows they will deduct the price of them off the refund, only mentioning this as it wasn't made clear to me until a day or so later in an e-mail, luckily I won't be returning my mattress as I think it's great but just wanted to make others aware.

Bought 2 mattresses 1 top end and…
Bought 2 mattresses 1 top end and second middle priced for my son can only comment on the top end 600 which at first felt really firm but seemed to settle after a while you can move about right up to the edge without disturbing your partner still in the trial period as for the 200 my son has not complained so presume he’s happy with it
