Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Mattress rock hard
Mattress rock hard - probably should be rated 10, not 7.5. We had the 100 day free trial, but went over by a few days and now see that they offer 200 days. Totally inflexible on the photo and wanted us to pay for their salesperson to check it when I said the top layer had sagged in the middle and was down to the hard layer. Our hips are really sore. They wanted us to take the cover off but it is too heavy and immovable for us to lift at all. Extremely unhappy with this mattress and the company. Totally agree with others on the poor quality and extremely arrogant way they treat customers. I would recommend that if you want to sleep on the floor, do so - it might be just the same hardness. Therefore do not buy from these people.

Nice choice if your partner always complained your movement
I purchased the REM-Fit Hybrid Pocket 1000, the most affordable option in their range, and it has provided me with really good sleep. My previous mattress was a traditional pocket spring type, but my partner often complained that my tossing and turning disturbed his sleep. Since switching to the REM-Fit mattress, I move around less, and he no longer feels my movements. His improved sleep quality is even backed by Apple Watch data, showing more deep sleep and fewer wake-ups during the night. The delivery service is also very customer-friendly, especially for those moving into a new home. Worlds apart
The difference between my old mattress and my rem fit is worlds apart. Back problems sorted from a really sturdy and supportive mattress, and a much improved quality of sleep. Really impressed and very happy. Delivery guys were also brilliant, so a great experience all round.

Comfort and value for money!
Our second Remfit mattress. Once again, delivery was excellent as was communication. Not only was the mattress great value but we benefited from free pillows and liners as well as a mattress protector. All in all fantastic value for money. As for the mattress, it’s still early days but so far it is so comfortable. Enough support to suit us both and helping with quality of sleep.
