The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

DO NOT TRUST! Delivery date completely inaccurate and customer service seems like a con. Asked where my order was first time and was told there was a small delay and they would issue a partial refund in 3-5 days. No refund was received and order again wasn’t dispatched on the new delivery date. Then asked for the order to be cancelled and was told the refund would be sent in 3-5 days. After 3 days, I had an email saying my order would be delivered soon. Only when I said if I didn’t have a refund by the next day I would initiate a chargeback with my credit card company did I get confirmation of the cancellation and a refund notice within half an hour. Had I not done this I believe they would have tried to just send the order and not give a refund.

Update 14/11/24 I purchased based on the good housekeeping guide recommendation but unfortunately trying to get tracking information was initially very difficult and the link which was sent seemed to not work as it didn’t give any information. I ordered these pillows as I am really suffering with back issues and would have considered another supplier if I had been warned about stock issues. However, after reviewing on Trustpilot I got a very quick response and the company was really helpful! They had experienced supplier issues and had a backlog but were open about this and apologetic and even sent an extra pillow for free for the inconvenience. In the end a very positive experience when I had initially got concerned I had ordered from a bad company this has been turned around by some really good customer service!

If I could give this company a zero I would! Ordered a cool gel pillow on 9/7/24 and it’s now 4/11/24 with no updates or communication about my order what so ever. I have emailed numerous times to get a refund, with every time being told that stock is coming and my order is almost ready. Disgraceful company

Bought a mattress from Rem-fit and it arrived on time. After sleeping for a few nights we realized that it was too soft for us and that we prefer something firmer. Rem-fit have processed our return request under the 100 night sleep trial. Thanks for the great customer service

My 400 hybrid mattress was a significant improvement from my previous mattress, which greatly enhanced my lower back discomfort. I've had my REM-Fit 500 Cool Gel pillow since 2019, and it's still performing brilliantly. The comfort and support have remained fantastic over the years. I was so impressed that I recently purchased another one for my daughter, and the quality is just as great. Highly recommended for anyone's looking for a durable and comfortable pillow.

I've been sleeping on the 400 Elite mattress for over 6 months now and can only sing its praises. For me, pressure point relief is a must as I predominantly sleep on my side - this mattress performs perfectly for me and still feels supportive despite it's soft sleeping surface. I've now just treated myself to one of their 500 pillows.

1-3 day lead time is a joke,I've waited a week and heard nothing, still no bed. No working contact details so you can't talk to anybody. I had high hopes but I'm very disappointed. Rm28435
