Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Good supported pillows
Bought 2 pillows, one for me (400 Memory Foam) and one for husband (500 Cool Gel) and have been happy with our purchase. I have noticed my neck is supported better and less headaches in the morning. Got the discount for buying 2 and the Over 50's which helped with the price.

A lot of reading reviews and with so many companies now saying how great they are the reviews are important. Delivery was as stated and very polite service. It’s early days but I will take advantage of the sleep trial which gives me peace of mind when spending so much money. The website picked the correct mattress based on how I sleep.

Good delivery with a two hour time…
Good delivery with a two hour time slot. Mattress is vey comfortable. Easy to unroll and put in place. I left it all day to expand fully before laying on it. I took one star off because I ordered a pick up of my old mattress but that did not happen on first presentation

600lux mattress and 400 and 500 pillows.
The 600 lux mattress is extremely comphy. I did also purchase the 400 and the 500 pillows which are too small(400) for a standard pillow size but the little one seems to like the comfort of them. The 500 seems too big for a pillow case and is OK for me on the comfort front. For the price per pillow I wouldn't recommend but I hope I can get used to them.

I bought a mattress with a 9 firm rating, shortly after this my daughter bought also purchased a rem mattress with a 7.5 firm rating but hers is much firmer than mine. Something is not right here. How can a 7.5 be firmer than a 9 form rating?
