Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Excellent mattress and pillows
Excellent quality. Just firm enough for both comfort and support but most importantly, no more waking up with back pain which has made a significant difference. I would certainly recommend REM-Fit products to others. I also must add that it was all delivered quickly and courteously.

The best mattress I’ve had
I love this mattress! It’s perfect for me, I sleep really well on it. I thought the price was great and the customer service is excellent. The delivery was simple, and the guys were really communicative, friendly and efficient. They also took away my old mattress. The option to pay monthly is an added bonus, especially at this time of the year! 5 stars well deserved. Thanks so much all of you 🙏

This Which? recommended mattress has not disappointed
I chose this mattress as it was recommended by Which? for the features that were important and it has not disappointed. The ordering process and delivery arrangements were straightforward, but most of all the mattress has provided the support and comfort needed and is certainly an improvement on the old well-worn mattress I was using.

Delighted with Rem- Fit
Information on the website was clear and comprehensive. Ordering was easy and communication to support the delivery arrangements were excellent. Short video to explain unpacking was very helpful. Delivery was bang on time and the removal of the old mattress was most welcome. Delivery guys were prompt and helpful.

So, I ordered the wrong size mattress and they sorted it before delivery and were fantastic. The delivery was smooth and the delivery guys were absolutely lovely. The mattress itself is just amazing. I am a terrible insomniac and this mattress (i ordered the medium firmness) has genuinely improved the amount of sleep I get and most definitely the quality of that sleep. £600 seems like a lot of money but it is absolutely money well spent as sleep is so important. Absolutely fantastic purchase!
