The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

You're going to read my review and not believe it because I always think the good ones are made up, I'm a total cynic. BUT, I have not shut up about my mattress since getting it. It's the 500 Ultra in a double, the 9/10 firm one. It's perfect for me. I sit on the edge of the mattress and it doesn't even go down. I lay on my back and I feel the mattress under every inch of me, no sagging, no memory foam dips, just total support however I lay. I am currently on my 9th cycle of chemotherapy and am spending more time resting, reading, relaxing in or on the bed and I don't even sweat my tits off every night any more. I prefer a firm mattress but it's not rock hard or unforgiving, it's just the best one I've ever bought. I recommended to a friend and then ordered a 600 king-size for them, slightly softer, 7.5/10 and they're a big sports enthusiast at 18 stone and they love theirs too. My credit card has a £1500 dent in it for both mattresses, but at 50% off and 200 days trial you can't miss out. I'm keeping it after two weeks, never mind 200 days. I think it's better than Emma, Simba, tried all those and haunted the Dreams shop in their recent sale and they were all the price of a small second hand car and not worth it in like for like comparisons. 4000 box springs! Award winning engineering! I dont understand why this brand hasn't got a higher profile but I don't care, I feel I've paid far less for the best secret ever. Go get yours, they are brilliant. And by all means, call me to verify, I'm spreading the word bigtime, cannot shut up about them. Thanks Rem-Fit! Jon, Studley, Warwickshire.

Good experience from putting in the order through to a restful sleep. Ordered on sale offer, quickly given delivery date with accurate time window and tracking. Delivery drivers were lovely! The mattress is so comfy, I’m so pleased with this purchase.. so far so good, any issues you’re in a trial period so if quality declines or doesn’t match expectations you have option to return.

Checking endless reviews I chose REM- Fit after completing its online recommendation for my sleeping position. I found the product descriptions helpful, and the extended sleep trial and 15 year guarantee reassuring. My order was delivered on time and the mattress is so comfortable that I ordered a second for the guest room.

Fantastic product, I bought the rem-fit cool gel pillow and to keep it clear and consice, Pros. -Near perfect support (Perfect support depends on mattress and shoulder width, might be a little low for people with very wide shoulders) -Always have the cool side of the pillow. -Greatly improves sleep quality. Cons -Haven't found any yet will update if anything happens. Overall for a product we use every single night I would recommend not cheaping out and getting quality.

We've recently received our rejuvenated 600 lux hybrid mattress, and you honestly wouldn't know it wasn't brand new! Almost 1 week in and so far so (very) good! Communication regarding delivery was good and it arrived almost exactly on time. I would buy again with confidence.

By far the most comfortable mattress if you prefer a firmer sleep. I bought a Simba for my daughter and it was too soft for me, so after lots of research my partner bought a REM-Fit. We recently separated and I was so upset about losing the REM-fit that it was the first thing I ordered for my new home! Best sleep ever.
