Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Worth every penny to get a good nights sleep again.
Parkinson’s is a cruel syndrome. It knows you need sleep in order to function, so it disrupts your sleeping pattern. Either you can’t get to sleep or it wakes you at unearthly hours due to discomfort or brain whirring away. I can’t believe that a couple of weeks on a REM-Fit 600 Lux Elite Hybrid mattress has doubled my average nightly sleep from 3 hours (sometimes none) to now 6 hours (sometimes more). Worth every penny!

Good Product / Poor Customer Experience
Product is great at a reasonable price point (superking ortho elite 500). Customer service and no phone line is a huge let down. Just hope there’s no issues (first mattress arrived ripped and took countless emails and a consumer rights threat for them to send replacement)

Order RM-33203 (26th January 2025). Not getting any response from email or live chat. The communication concerning delivery has so far been non-existent. I just want to know when I am likely to receive my order. The email I received just says "Thank you for your purchase!".. But no other details. I made the order via Wowcher. Please advise.

Brilliant mattress
Bought the ortho elite and it really is a great buy. Did a lot of research and compared many of the top brands but kept coming back to REM-fit. Very firm, but comfortable at the same time. Haven’t woken with any aches and pains. Highly recommend this one if you are looking for an orthopaedic mattress.

Great Decision
All arrived as expected. Was easy to set up. First night we thought we had made a mistake in our choice but we chose to persevere and 1 week in the mattress has settled and is great. I wake each morning without the joint pain I have become used to, feeling rested and refreshed

We purchased a Otho 500 mattress and I wanted to wait for a good few months to post a review. I would highly recommend the mattress. We wanted a firm mattress, and it is really comfortable for a good night sleep. Hoping it would last long and withstand our naughty kids jumping now and then.
