Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Late order and no communication
Orders 2 weeks ago, have had to speak with online chat a week ago to try and get an ETA as ZERO communication since ordering, other than to tell me not to miss the date when it finally arrives or I'll be charged £30. Still no communication. Will be requesting a refund shortly and going elsewhere.

This is my 3rd mattresses purchased!
This is my 3rd mattresses purchased from REM-fit. My own, my daughters and one for my work room (I’m in the military). I have also recommended REM-fit to my parents who bought one! It’s very comfy and I fall asleep much easier. The customer support via email is quick at responding, Amy the customer liaison manager is very helpful. Cannot recommend REM-fit enough

We are really happy with our new REM…
We are really happy with our new REM Fit Lux 600 mattress. It provides much better support than our previous mattress, but is also plush and comfortable at the same time, and we avoid waking each other up when moving around in our sleep. I find I am waking up less at night. We're really happy with the price, guarantee and return offer too.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with , did not have to chase , the mattress was delivered to the bedroom , I had a real sleep problems ,kept waking up tossing & turning with my old mattress which was only 2 years old , done my research this time &Remfit kept coming up with goods reviews so took the chance & so glad I did , had my mattress 3 days , I go to bed & having a full nights sleep undisturbed . So Remfit 5 * so far impressed & totally feel rested .

Great communication during the ordering process, updates and emails. Good delivery on the day, although I didn't get a call 30mins away as was suggested and this was something I was expecting. The mattress has helped an aching back. Pleased with the value.

Great matress and good service
Mattress got delivered really quickly and delivery team kept me updated. When they arrived they put the matress safely in room of choice. The Mattress itself is very comfortable and cosy. Supports where required! Ima heavy person so I need firm matress and RemFit mattess is spot on. So far I enjoy it a lot!
