Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

500 Ortho Elite mattress…
I bought the 500 Ortho Elite mattress and I have to say it's extemely supportive and very comfortable. I'm sleeping very well REM-FIT delivered the mattress very quickly. I have 200 nights of sleep to test whether I'm happy with the mattress or they give a full refund. What more could you ask for? Very good quality and the customer service is excellent.

The mattress itself has been great so far. Really comfy, and a trial period so no risk! Only reduced a star, not for the product but the delivery company. Should have been to deliver to a room of our choice (bedroom obviously!) and removal of mattress, but the driver was quite grumpy after he couldn't get his van down our road (never had any problems with this before) and so just delivered to our hallway. And seemed unaware he was collecting an old mattress too. Don't let this out you off though, outside of Remfit's control really and perhaps he was just having a bad day.

An excellent replacement
The mattress was delivered fairly quickly, came well packaged and was very easy to get set up. While it was thinner than I'd initially expected it turned out to be an excellent mattress. It's well supported with enough give in the top layer to help with my bad back making it an excellent night's sleep. It's proven a good replacement for my old mattress and id definitely recommend the brand going forward.

Excellent mattress! Highly recommend
The mattress we bought rem 600 luxe is fantastic. Super comfy and supportive. I love that if my husband rolls over it doesn’t disturb me. It’s always a worry when buying a mattress you haven’t tried, but this will not disappoint! Memory pillows are all excellent. Great service on delivery as well!

Very comfortable mattress
I'm very pleased with my mattress as I'm sleeping much more soundly without any back pain at all. I bought the 600 Lux Hybrid Mattress and I think it's great value. The mattress was delivered safely within a few days. It's heavy (king size), but I managed to unroll it on to my bed frame without any issues. There was a faint chemical smell from the mattress, which REM-Fit tell you about, but this soon dissipated in my well-ventilated bedroom. It's been a great purchase for me.
