Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Overall good so far, minor concern.
Happy with service. Delivered on time. Just two slight concerns. Regarding the first, it's early days but mattress is leaving an indentation or sunken area where I've slept that lasts most of the day. For a new mattress a little concerned. However it's super comfortable. Secondly, there's no way to call with questions, only email. I think most customers feel a little put off if a seller is hard to reach.

Good experience from start to finish
Good experience from start to finish. Simple questions when ordering on line to help me choose the correct mattress type. Arrived and delivered on the chosen date and taken upstairs to our bedroom by the driver. And a 'WOW' as it unfurled and increased in size. Very comfortable for both myself and husband and it really does help to isolate movement from my husband interfering with my sleep.

Would recommend!
I really love this mattress (1000 spring hybrid). Especially for the price, it is incredible. It has a really lovely amount of firmness, it gives a lot of support but is not too stiff. It’s also great for sharing with a partner as you can’t tell they’re in the bed! Only slight negatives would be (1) the smell of the foam is quite strong for the first few nights and (2) I think the temperature regulation could be better - but again for the price it is exceptional!

Like the product . A good quality comfortable, supportive mattress at a very good price when discounted . The key things that let experience down was customer support and delivery . Add says delivery within 2-3 days on UK mainland . Unless mistaken Inverness is mainland . Took 15 days to deliver and I had to chase up several times . No contact to say what day and I would have been charged if not in when delivered as old mattress was for collection. Fortunately I was in when it arrived . Nice helpful delivery guys who confirmed I should have been notified of delivery . A small but irritating point - the livery on the hybrid elite 600 and the 600 Lux identical . How do I know if I have the hybrid ? A note to CS has gone in answered . No word on the guarantee I registered online except to say they would be in touch ( 3 weeks ago ) early Feb . Shame as product appears good . Early days though , let’s review in 6/12

Took a risk, never looked back
Initially I was going to go for a Simba mattress, but then I did a deep-dive into all the different brands and mattresses, and it turned out that this REM-fit Ortho Elite mattress was highly recommended for anyone with a history of back pain. The price was also 4-5x lower than the Simba alternative, but what really sold it for me was the 200-night sleep trial. I'm only on week 3 but I'll most likely end up keeping this.
