Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Great service, great mattress
Great buying experience, easy website to help you choose the right mattress. Instructions for delivery were very clear and everything happened as described. I got the Ortho 500 and whilst I'd had slight concerns that the hybrid nature of the mattress would mean compromising on the firmness, it's perfect! Just enough give so that side sleepers can enjoy it too, without the sinking feeling that softer mattresses can have. I can hardly feel my partner move in the night, which wasn't the case with previous mattresses and we are both sleeping better. I've had the mattress for 5 months and it is still feeling as it did on the first day - I've been turning it 180° about every 6 weeks. Tldr: Great service, great mattress (review at 5 months use).

Firstly, customer services are so helpful & go above & beyond. The products are outstanding! Quality, comfort & true to their descriptions & more. I have numerous chronic illnesses & am disabled, I use mattress & pillows- I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about them. Comfort, supportiveness & quality are just fantastic.

Great Mattress and Pillows!
Great Mattress! Best sleep I have had in years and the pillows are a gamechanger! Would highly, highly recommend. The only issue was the delivery, as I waited longer than anticipated, but that’s because it’s a third party courier. Otherwise, it’s a brilliant service

Remfit luxury hybrid bed
So happy I was able to buy the latest model of the hybrid collection. I used to own the lower model and it was perfect so I wanted to upgrade. These mattresses are so good and affordable for the quality, they also often have special sales or discounts. Tempur who? Remfit is the way!

Hi just before Christmas last year 2024…
Hi just before Christmas last year 2024 I started to look around for a new mattress looked at all the big commercial companies and blimey was I surprised with one the price and then everything to have it delivered so Christmas came and went January sales kicked in but the big names never changed then I received on social media an advert reference Rem-Fit never heard of them so oh well let's give them a look see blimey what a surprise they had a sale on so me thinking the mattress I bought back in 2009 was around £500 I'll dig deeper came up with there 600 Luz Elite Hybrid mattress this was down to about £800 what was also great I received free delivery to the room of my choice plus free collection and removal of the old mattress plus 2 free pillows then not only that you get a 200night guarantee if not happy return plus a 15 year guarantee they must believe in there product blimey so I gave it a go I think it arrived 5 days laters the two chaps were so polite cheerful even went beyond however well let the mattress settle for around 5hrs then bed time blimey I slept like a baby and have done ever since so Rem-Fit you certainly no your job your business and your product I'm a pensioner now and my Dad used to say "if it ain't broke don't try and fix it" and to everyone else especially those that read this the 200 night sleep guarantee you won't need that long before you know your no to a winner thank you Rem-Fit
