Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Awful delivery, great matress.
Matress is fantastic, unfortunately the whole delivery system was a shambles. Charged extra due to being in Scotland (Mainland) even though it says its free. It then took over 2 weeks and there was no delivery date or contact made at any point. I had to constantly chase and literally never got a straight answer. Thankfully after almost 3 weeks the matress arrived even though my tracking still says it hasn't.

rem-fit 400 hybrid mattress and 500 cool gel pillows
We now own a rem-fit 400 hybrid mattress for over 2 weeks and rem-fit 500 cool gel pillows for over 4 years, and I cannot recommend their products enough. They’re comfortable and comforting, the mattress feels like a supportive cloud and the pillows have stopped me having constant neck pains.

Supportive for people with arthritis.
The Remfit range is the only brand that offers a slightly firmer mattress. This does not compromise on comfort and I would recommend to anyone with arthritis. It is supportive but extremely comfortable.

Mattress is worth it
Mattress was amazing until a fault, however using product guarantee I had a new mattress within a week. I feel the mattress is worth the cost because the quality of sleep is great plus you get a long guarantee. It's very comfortable with no rolling or dipping into the middle of the mattress
