Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

I was contemplating purchasing a REM…
I was contemplating purchasing a REM fit mattress for a number of months and I’m so glad we decided to go for it. We went for the 600 Lux and it’s amazing. Perfect level of support and no longer hot in bed. I would absolutely recommend to anyone considering. The mattress is thick and deep and feels luxurious.

Awful? AVOID
Awful! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! … purchased a “ pair “ of pillows but we only received one. After 20+ emails its Come to light their clever wording of pair ans pictures of 2 pillows means nothing when its sold singlely. They wanted to charge me for a return but offered to do it foc They received it a week ago with no refund started and to top everything else off they are trying to claim for the postage they offered for free !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS : reported to bbc watchdog Edited: STILL NO REFUND EITHER!

Good mattress, long delivery time
The product so far seems good, comfortable and well made. It was well packaged and the to room delivery was great. My only issue was that the promised delivery times of either 1-3 days or 2 to 5 days was, shall we say, optimistic. This was disappointing, otherwise the experience has been good. I'll rather have a longer delivery time quoted for it to be faster, than have a short one that is not achieved.

Nice and firm & supportive
Very happy, i choose the firmness mattress available which was perfect. The first one i choose was 7.5 firmness which was way to soft, there customer service was brilliant it was collect & swapped round & paid the extra for the better elite one, 9 firmness & very happy. thank you.

Excellent service and communication
excellent communication and service.i previously purchased two pillows and decided to buy a new mattress. the mattress came with two free pillows. I’ve only had the mattress for a week .and I’ve found it really comfortable so far i suffer from terrible neck and back pain. and I’ve had a slight improvement with the pain and a better sleep so I’m satisfied with it so far
