Top notch ‘I received what I ordered for.

VERY rude service when following up on my late delivery - was meant to be same day delivery, but wasn’t! Raised a complaint, no one even bothered to respond.

Wrong charger delivery with phone and phone battery condition is not good.. I try to connect with refurzoo team any one not reply . refurzoo totally froud with me

The product performs as expected. However, my experience with customer service could have been better. Improving response times or offering more resolution options would be beneficial.

They boost the battery illegally Don’t trust them, Buy used phone better than buying from them, every week there’s failure with the iPhone , I bought one(like new 88% life of battery “it’s ok with me) then they told after contentious hardware issues the will replace it (with non respectful costumer service) Finally after long time they send the same iPhone (serial number) with 95% battery ! They boost it like a cheap company ( dubai Jabel Ali ) work. I give them before 5 star and I can’t change it. Be aware from this rubbish.

bought a Samsung from them in May 2024: 1. They called me to say they will deliver it at 6 so I left work early to receive it. After chasing multiple time in the evening at 10pm I was told the driver was on the other side of Dubai - the phone arrived at 11pm 2. It arrived with major defects: - Data does not work at all, my sim works in various other phones - Supposed to be in Superb condition - the back is very bent - there is a loud rattling noise, not coming from the stylus 3. I have tried calling them, sent an email and filled out the form on their website and have no response at all> If this is not resolved I will go to the relevant authorities. I am happy to simply have a full refund or a like for like replacement that works.

Highly recommended. Overall very good product and customer service was superb. Hopefully I will buy more products from them. Thank you so much

I have purchased the iPhone 6s from this shop with the help of this website but they give me the defective product iPhone 6s battery is not original it's a replace one and when I called or message for the help now they're not responding or reply me very worst experience with this shop i will suggest you guys don't buy any phone's from this shop they broke my trust.

The phone is lagging so much. I don't know why but the screen performance is not good.

Never delivered the order, had to follow up several times. 1. After first two follow ups - they asked if they could change the phone since out of stock. Fine, understandable but why did it need two follow ups? 2. Delivery service didn’t show up to the house, just WhatsApp calls and if they don’t receive a response, decide to unilaterally stop delivery. When I contacted Refurbzoo they promised to send it next day. 3. Another week passes, no delivery. Finally, after frustrated calls I asked them for a refund since they just never delivered the device!
