Worst iPhone I have used I want to replace it but nobody is answering my calls I’m trying to reach out to you but with no response this iPhone I not working well

this company are placing phones items as refurbished item on NOON plat form while they are specify their items with colors as it is light use no scratches or medium use and so. any how i purchased a phone that highlighted green which suppose to be light use than upon receiving the phone it was heavy use and replaced screen and battery and the volume button not working. they have placed fake information about the items and i try to reach them out since my phone has warranty of 12 months but the phone always out of service. those company as i noticed they have a lot of bad review here.

Bad customer service, said delivery would be same day but it took 6 days and me sending someone to the shop to actually get my order. Product was ok when finally received.
I bought an iphone X from refurbzoo and I was told the condition is SUPERB. However after using for a week, I phone shut down and is not even charging. I tried contacting the your customer service number and they're not working. Nobody picked up my phone and the issues still stands. Let me know how I get refund or a replacement mobile
