Redwood Outdoors Sauna Reviews

From design to installation, the Redwood Outdoors team was fantastic. They worked around our busy schedule and were always professional. The sauna has become the centerpiece of our wellness routine. Small learning curve with the controls but nothing major.

Overall pleased with the sauna installation. The craftsmanship is good and it's holding up well after a year of regular use. Communication during the project could have been better - sometimes hard to reach them for updates. But the end result speaks for itself.

We've been using our Redwood Outdoors sauna almost daily for three months now. The temperature control is precise and the wood smells amazing. Installation crew was respectful of our property and left everything spotless. Minor issue with one of the bench slats that they came back to fix promptly.

From initial consultation to final installation, everything was top-notch. They helped us choose the perfect size for our space and the heating system works flawlessly. Six months later and we're still loving our home sauna. Worth every penny.

Had Redwood Outdoors build a custom sauna in our backyard and couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and really knew their stuff. The cedar construction is beautiful and the sauna heats up perfectly. Only minor complaint is that the project took about a week longer than initially quoted, but the quality makes up for it.

The sauna quality is decent and it does what it's supposed to do. However, I had issues with scheduling and the initial quote didn't include some necessary electrical work that added to the cost. Customer service was okay but not exceptional.

The finished sauna is gorgeous and works perfectly, but the timeline was frustrating. What was supposed to be a 2-week project stretched to nearly a month with little communication about delays.

Very satisfied with both the product and service. The consultation process was thorough and they delivered exactly what was promised.

Best investment we've made for our home wellness routine. The team was knowledgeable and helped us navigate all the electrical and permit requirements. Installation was clean and efficient.

The sauna itself is well-built and functions great, but I felt like the pricing was on the higher end compared to other quotes I received. Installation was smooth though and the team cleaned up nicely afterward. Would recommend if budget isn't a major concern.

While the sauna itself is fine and functions as expected, I've had trouble getting responses for some minor warranty questions. The initial installation went smoothly but their customer service afterward has been lacking.

Professional installation and beautiful finished product. The sauna has become our favorite way to unwind after long days.
