shortage of Cars and less upgrade options. I have booked many cars through redspot and maximum times I received car of different segment which I have booked. Please increase the luxury cars options if you can.

Overcharged! Considering im a regular customer! Random charges a month later for tolls even though charged previously!. Poor service both in Sydney and Mackay.
