Wouldn't try to rent through these guys again

I had to wait 45 minutes for my car…

I had to wait 45 minutes for my car (which was larger than the car I had ordered online). I was told it would be another 5 minutes and then had to walk inside after 10 minutes as I was going to be late for a meeting. When the guy called up the wash bay to see where it was, it was going to be another 15 minutes. I had to request a refund and walk away as I couldn't wait any longer. The staff were pleasant but overall, the place was disorganised.
