Worst experience!! Single mother of a 2 year old and the most horrible start to our "holiday"!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Would NEVER even think about booking with this company EVER AGAIN!! Single mother with a 2 year old son and booked a hire car a month in advance and spoke to someone over the phone regarding the details, being baby seat for a 2 year old and I was told by a friendly staff member that everything was good to go. Gave our flight number in the online order and everything so they knew EXACTLY when we were coming. Carrying two suitcases, two bags and my 2 year old son I expected this to be the easiest part of our trip, but I was regrettably wrong !! We arrived at the front desk only to be told that there were NO BABY SEATS and my worst nightmare quickly became a reality!!! I burst into tears asking what they expected me to do and the staff member not knowing what to say tood me "I don't know" I continued to cry not believing my ears and that we were at square one because of this companies discrepancy I was stranded with my 2 year old son until avis car rentals were able to help us out with our basic requirements because they felt so sorry for what had happened to us and after not being able to control my emotions for 2 hours unsure of what to do as I out my wholehearted trust into the organisation of our events with this company at the Sydney airport!! NEVER AGAIN!!! It was hard enoughgettijg around with our luggage and a small child who had his first flight and very upset and tired of sitting in a plane for 4 hours only to be turned away with no further help or advice or even an apology!! Most horrible start to our "holiday" that I will never forget. Never a good review on my part and wouldn't even give one start but just so others know especially when travelling with small children that this company had no remorse and no compassion or responsibility taken for their fault and we were turned away regardless of our booking made 1 month ago they did not account for their online booking with us and I am forever regretful!!! Nothing to be grateful for whatsoever they did nothing for us not even a suggestion they watched me struggle with our bags out the door as we left with no way of getting to where we needed to go for our 10 day holiday!!
