I was told by the staff that damage…
I was told by the staff that damage done to the car would not be billable to me. When I went to exchange the car, they denied ever reading my email even though they responded to it saying that I didn’t owe any payment for the damages. When I told showed the email chain with evidence that I was told this, they still denied ever being told about the situation and didn’t care what they previously told me (in writing).
