Terrible. They couldn't address my issues. They kept telling me to do the same thing over and over...which I did...still didn't work...and then they offered no alternatives. Doesn't work for international calling despite what they say

Red pocket annual plan sneaky problem…
I used Red pocket annual plans for 3 years. It worked ok, but their system cut me and others every year off by 1 month early despite my account shows correct expiration date. Customer support has no clue about this problem. Still waiting for response.
