I was helped by RP CS Stephen. He was great on answering all my question and helped through the new line activation process with great patience. A very pleasant online chat experience. Highly appreciated. I had some earlier online chats with other RedPocket agents. They are all good. I would think if there are questions or issues with RedPocket service, online chat is a good place to get things straight.

While there were some hiccups during porting, Agnes helped me get most things resolved. A couple of administrative errors are pending, if they are taken care of like the rest of it, I'll update to 5 stars.

I was having trouble with voicemail and contacted customer service. first thing was in a matter of seconds I was talking to a real person named Shanti. other carriers I put on a request and 24 hours later. but not with redoocket. Shanti went out of her way to take care of the issue I was having and also made me smile. who knew that contacting customer care would turn out to be such an enjoyable and bright spot in my day. if you are wondering if you should switch to red pocket I would say DO IT! you will not regret it!
